"Front desk staff was wonderful "

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. My room was very clean and quiet and the bed was so comfortable I overslept! The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome even recommending their favorite dishes from the attached Mexican restaurant. We really loved the pool and just hanging out at the pool patio in the evening. My husband was able to keep up with his workout routine in their large fitness center which was great. There was even a free breakfast in the morning. If you need to be in the Cleveland area, choose this hotel!"

"I was very happy to be greeted by Sandy at check-in, as she remembered us from our last visit. She offered us snacks, water, and ice cream. The room was clean and spacious, but the walls were thin. Since we were on the far end and top floors of the building, the WiFi was very weak and sporadic. That being said, you can't beat the hospitality at this hotel; it is the friendliest and nicest experience we've had yet on this road trip. "

"This property was remodeled. The staff was super friendly and nice. The AC was in a weird spot, but it worked. Water pressure in the shower was a little too low for me but the water was hot. Other than that for a short stay it was comfortable, affordable, and someplace I will come back to. "

"I stayed here woth my husband and 5 year old, it was clean, quiet and easy to get to other areas. Would stay again, would recommend. "

"Lovely building in a not so great area, unfortunately didn’t feel safe walking around. Lots of homeless, people constantly begging for money, people very out of it and so much pot smoking (I know this is legal here but we as Europeans aren’t used to it) The Roost itself is so nice the rooms are huge and spotless clean. Unfortunately we didn’t have the lovely big windows like the pictures only 2 small windows high up that couldn’t see out of and no windows in the bedroom, kitchen or bathrooms. Fabulous roof deck that we made use of a good bit esp in the evening as just didn’t feel safe enough walking around Downtown Cleveland. The building is huge and we got lost a number of times as the signs aren’t great on the floors. Very quiet at night time with was great. Staff are lovely. "

"The staff were amazing at this property. I do not usually take the time to write a review as I travel often and am rather busy but when service is above and beyond I do make sure to give praise. Priya at the front desk was so friendly and helpful and Theo the head of maintenence was amazing as well as the housekeeping team. I come to Ohio annually and will make sure to return!! "
